Nikki Walters, MHA — Co-Founder
Nikki is a revenue cycle operations leader with 15 years of experience building billing departments that work the way they should. Her expertise spans prior authorization, denials management, financial advocacy, self-pay collections, and insurance AR. She has led revenue cycle functions across single-hospital health systems, focusing on more than simply getting claims out the door. Nikki holds a Master of Health Administration, is a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), and is an active member of both the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM).
Nikki's approach begins with understanding every role, workflow, and gap before building a solution. She partners across departments to align processes, improve communication, and help teams operate more efficiently. With a strong commitment to continuous improvement, she identifies inefficiencies, develops practical solutions, and creates well-documented processes that deliver lasting results. Christy Kirchoffner, CRCR — Co-Founder
Christy brings 18 years of healthcare revenue cycle expertise to Northern Edge Revenue Partners, including ten years running patient financial services at Minnesota based hospitals. She has overseen complete, end-to-end revenue cycle operations across a wide range of organizations - from hospital health systems and multispecialty groups to orthopedic surgery centers, home health and hospice providers. Christy has a deep command of the revenue cycle, and a consistent track record of reducing days in AR, recovering aged accounts, and building billing operations that perform.
What sets Christy apart is her ability to step into complex, high-stakes environments and quickly identify what's broken, what's at risk, and what needs to happen first. She leads with clarity, moves with urgency, and has spent her career doing the kind of work that directly protects her clients' revenue.
